Bring Arts Figure/Ball Joint Issue (Sephiroth)Bring Arts Figure/Ball Joint Issue (Sephiroth)Ask MFC

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask those familiar with Bring Arts figures a question. Or, at least familiar with ball joints.

I ordered the Bring Arts Sephiroth figure, and when it arrived, the left arm joint was already out. I guess that makes Sephiroth the One-Armed Angel.

But from what I noticed, the joint is completely fine. It didn't break, it either popped out during shipment/packaging or oddly didn't get assembled properly. That's my thinking, at least. There might be a small crack in the arm slot, but aside from that, all appears to be fine.

Now, I did send an inquiry to customer support already to see what I could do, but I did want to ask on MFC in the mean time.
Have you encountered a problem similar to this, and what did you do? Can joints like these be easily fixed by just forcing the joint back in, or is that too risky?

This is also my first article on here, so if this needs to be moved or something needs to be changed, or if the images don't load, let me know! I'm still learning some things about MFC, haha

JoniVera1 kuukautta sitten#79493630If its an issue, a coat of nail polish on the joint does the trick. Otherwise Customer Support is top notch in my experience.
I did have this problem with Normura Catwoman, it did take some careful handling getting the the heads in and out. Leg joint also had problems, but popped it back after some adjustments. Old Play-Arts I think were better in terms of QC.
Seiki1 kuukautta sitten#79493392It should pop back in just fine. Can't remember specific examples, but I can remember having this happen with figures before, not necessarily just Bring Arts. No need for replacements or anything.lesser-robot-cat1 kuukautta sitten#79493277I don't have Bring Arts, but I've got a handful of Play Arts, and that's a problem with them, too. I'm going to assume the joints between both lines are similar, since, well, Square and all. I've always been able to just pop them back into place.
Thanks everyone for the responses! (And sorry for the late response on my end.)
Customer support did get back with me and did say they would send a replacement figure (which is fine, as I did notice a paint issue too). I remember trying to pop the joint back in too and not succeeding, but I may have more success if I ask someone else to.
Regardless, I'll definitely keep these in mind for the future in case I run into something like this again!
