    Complex has one of the best customer support when replying but they don't really do anything I guess that's why the state of the customer support on mandarake is so awful lol. With kokura being the worst possibly, and shibuya being the most over priced.
    I cancelled one order before in the past, and then I had to cancel again at a much later time because they did not have an item in my order plus the shipping was awful. So I told them to cancel and they blocked my account without even saying and after buying many stuff from them over a year lol what?

    which of course I can use to pay for another overcharged order! haha. ha. ha.

    Ah, I knew I wasn't the only one! They gave me store credit for a defected item as well, and I don't know when I will order again from them XD

    isbergues (8 kuukautta sitten) #38573662the only time ive ever had a problem with mandarake was with their utsunomiya store. they sent me the wrong item, and even though i contacted them twice over the course of 2 weeks, i never got any response. it was only a loss of about $25, but still really irritating.
    Oh dear, that's terrible. Did you direct email to that particular branch? I have seen a lot of people encouraging use of the international mandarake email address for English emails but I personally feel it would slow down the process. Twice I received defected items and twice I emailed the branch Mandarake shop involved, and received responses for both.
    And the email has to be sent within a week of receiving the items, according to the rules I remembered reading.

    I went by myself to explore Nakano Broadway and Akihabara and I will say that the trip was the start of my figure collecting. All the Mandarake stuff in Nakano is super cool.
