Pretty late to this, but if you're still looking, I personally like Superbuy.
The Post Japan prices change was announced on their website www.post.japanp... and was discussed here BLOG #53914
I don't think they want to charge you right now. It sounds like they meant to do corrections to estimated shipment fees of your preorders. That's unless you paid the order after you placed it. The section after "See below for how you will be charged for the additional shipping fees based on your payment status" would be helpful.
My guess is the shop wants to deal with customers earlier and give them time to consider shipment options. It's better for their customer support that would be overwhelmed in June by order cancelations and shipment change requests. Thanks for the help.
At first, I didn't find a way to attach the text to the right page, or I still don't know how the mfc page works well enough.

"Japan Post announced to raise their EMS shipping rates from June 1, 2022.
Your order was placed before this date, however, as your order will be shipped out after June, we regret to say that we have to reflect the new shipping fees to your order.
See below for how you will be charged for the additional shipping fees
based on your payment status.

Should you wish to change your shipping method, please contact us within a week.
After a week, we will reflect the new shipping charge, starting from the earliest-placed order. "
Import to Europe.
Applies to all orders I have that will not be shipped before that date!
Just why do they want to charge you before June? On the other hand, it does not offer how much new EMS shipping would cost!
This is not the first time something like this has happened ... but it will probably be the last time ...: /Which shop do you have in mind? If the shop has a thread in the club club/72/discuss... you can continue there and talk with other people who got the same e-mail from them.

Hey, ah okey thank you! And they do can be slow sometimes. I hope your oder arrives to you soon
... On that note, is Customs saying there something wrong with the number or the code itself or they are not able to scan the code from the parcel? In either case, the problem could be the shipper, not JapanPost?Seems like Japan Post just recently is able to add IOSS number to the packages:
"JapanPost International updated their system to support IOSS number, in February 2022.
IOSS number set up in Ship&co will be used electronically for JapanPost Shipments to Europe from Feb. 23rd.
IOSS number are not shown on JapanPost Shipping label." support.shipand...
I'm not sure how much time Zenmarket need to adjust to such changes as the sender. There's a chance the IOSS thing would work as it should.
Looking at their “About” page, they’re using Japan Post, but there is a chance ZM does create the actual label and they’ll work properly? As well as ZM is likely to use their own reference number.
