I grouped doujinshi per circle, but it's still mainly unsorted so I don't have a clue where to look, hehe. I still need to figure out Japanese sorting order.
Or should I categorise? e.g. circles with kanji names separate. I put the trap circles together too. Or group all loli circles together... oh wait... ;)

Reinier8 kuukautta sitten#70525914Same here, looking at pictures of people's hauls sometimes is a good way to find new artists or works that you might have missed.

It becomes a big list very fast. There is probably 50+ of my interest... released every major event. Checking them all on shops can be a time consuming task.

Reinier8 kuukautta sitten#70525914I want to start collecting all the art works for my favorite artists but right now im limited on space and all my doujinshi is boxed up in a storage facility so I cant really enjoy looking at it. I am sure that if I was able to look at it and sort it by artists that I would try to buy the works that im missing from my favorite artists if I could find them in mint condition.
I'm also still checking shops now and then for missed items. Some rare ones still have higher prices. I noticed some artists were also releasing previous works in bundles, which may help in completing.

I recently sorted my collection a bit (by circle), but I still need to print some index cards. I would love to have them printed out with circle picture and all.
I know webcatalog-free... have the latest circle pictures, but the site is paid.

chachachow8 kuukautta sitten#70475776I hope so :( Doujin is certainly alive and well in Japan, but it's definitely a fringe interest outside of Tokyo. I love seeing hauls, personally.

WindsorSeven8 kuukautta sitten#70525695I still enjoy seeing what artists I like release, and I still occasionally browse sites like OR to see what's coming out, but honestly after trying to sell some and seeing how hard it is, I'm reluctant to buy any more. With figures at least you can make back a bit of money, but I feel like I've spent a ton on doujinshi and won't be able to make anything back!

It depends, some Doujinshi becomes really rare and hard to find after release and some people dont really like Mandarake's grading system where they mark things as "B" Average Quality without showing actual pictures of the item that their selling because "Average" could mean something totally different depending on the person that you talk to. I have even purchased doujinshi marked as "A" quality on Mandarake and it arrived with scuff marks, usually they dont come with any clear plastic like when you purchase from Toranoana either if you purchase from Mandarake.

I think if your having a hard time selling doujinshi it might just be because the audience is smaller than the figure collecting audience but that might grow with time. I started collecting doujinshi around 2014-2015 and missed everything before that time, I want to start collecting all the art works for my favorite artists but right now im limited on space and all my doujinshi is boxed up in a storage facility so I cant really enjoy looking at it. I am sure that if I was able to look at it and sort it by artists that I would try to buy the works that im missing from my favorite artists if I could find them in mint condition.

More time again, more actively downsizing my collection, so I rearranged my lists slightly. Selling about 4000 Doujinshi or so sorted by series, can be found in the lists here: profile/Petitss...

Selling 80% or so for about 5.50 EUR a book, rarer ones for more depending on rates. If there's anything you're looking for and can't find or if you have any other questions, feel free to ask anytime.
