the fan position is kinda random. I knew about this so I was worried, but it seems I got lucky and got a perfect miku (better than promo pic). I uploaded my miku on MFC.

GSC response:
GSCWe hardly recognize the defective point you mentioned.
Your item is not defective but due to production limitation.
Consequently, we are not able to offer any support for your request.

I feel the pic I included did a good job demonstrating my point, but they say they can't really tell the difference. Their reply may imply that they don't know of a way to adjust her, but as they avoided answering my question, that's not necessarily the case.

She looks great regardless. I was hoping though that there may be a way to slightly reposition the arm, hand, or fan for better face exposure.
