kalematsuba5 kuukautta sitten#77319500I feel like a good number of the people on this site who apparently own this thing are liars. lmao
People might be confused from the pictures as I got one on ami ami when preorders first went up and was about to add this one to my collection thinking its the one I have. The pictures for the pulchra one have a very small stand compared to the one I own but i'm pretty sure its the pulchra version

Considering that there's only 10 in existence, and at least 1 hasn't sold yet, which would mean every single owner of her is on this site, with at least one to be guaranteed to be a liar.

And considering the fact one person marked her as "owned" 4 days ago, while conveniently signing up for the site the same day. All the while the figure on their website still hasn't sold.

I think that's a safe assumption.

Recently found out in ayuma0's photo that the company gave the Kanna statue pink nails. That's a nice detail!

CollectorCrazy5 kuukautta sitten#77299026Getting this out of the way, all figures are technically considered luxury goods; as they're expensive and serve no practical purpose apart from decor. So regardless, no matter what they're always going to be expensive. Kanna is like an ultra luxury good, I know that.
But by mass production, I meant something along the lines of an assembly line, like the Model T. Or, implementing business models like Kaizen to improve efficiency. Make standardized parts and methods.
Doing this would take a huge initial investment, a lot of risk, and someone willing to take it. But it is technically possible. They'd hugely reduce expenses by standardizing. So in theory, yes, they (or some new company) could make the prices go down to at least $2,500 if they restructured the assembly process.
I'd LOVE to someday have my own 1/1 scale figure, but until 3D printing becomes more accessible, I don't think I'd be able to afford one anytime soon :/
But I ain't jealous, I bet you worked your ass off for her!
I plan to invest in an 1/1 scale figure by opening a compound interest account so I don’t see how it’s impossible to get one 1/1 scale but I want the kuroneko one not this one since the face is off hopefully she is in stock after 3 years

Baraggan2 vuotta sitten#32185038Gonna be impossible for anyone to get since Saikawa is going to buy all ten.someone did buy it in here but there is only 10? That’s dumb

The facial expression looks really off to me, especially in the collector's pic. Mumei, Rem, and Latina's 1/1 scales looked much better in terms of the head. Kanna's outfit looks awesome though and really well done.

Also are there any upskirt shots, I wanna see how her tail looks. For research purposes....

ayuma05 kuukautta sitten#77279159I don't know what you mean by massproducing, but they 3d print them anyways, then sand them and then color them. Basically its the same procedure like for the normal small figures, but 1500 for something this big and heavy is not realistical. I needed to "install" some wheels under the base to move it at all.
