can you give me a comparison in quality
i still decide which company to buy

I don't own either, but have extensively followed both because I was interested in getting them at one point. I think this one does have a little bit more quality. For example, take the hair. This one has more individual hair strands compared to the more clumpier (but was great back then) look of the Voltigern one by GSC. The other aspect is the paint, which might be a matter of preference. This version has a more nicer paint job for the black skirt (lots of shading and variation with purples), and the blue/purple on the armor pieces look a tad nicer (more metallic) and the red veins pop a lot more in this one. So I personally think the paint choice (and job) is superior here (but again, it might come down to preference).

Of course, the GSC version has a more dynamic pose and comes with the alternate sword swap-out and visor swap as well. Perhaps to balance off the swapping, this one has the alternate face + visor permutations. But still, the pose of the GSC one I think is kind of nice if one prefers a dynamic pose.

But yea, my 2 cents from just observing the releases :)

FNFiction9 päivää sitten#97969171Well 18k is before tax so that tax always applies domestically which takes it up to 19,800. Then Aniplex only have deals with select international retailers who still ultimately have their own overheads to pay (transit, tax etc) and still need to profit.
If you think US listings are bad, check out the EU/UK listings for Aniplex figures.

That makes sense I suppose. Still, the US (and from what you say, the EU/UK) markup is rather high, even on top of the 20K. Almost 10K transit fee for regular price seems like a lot. Maybe they never intend to sell at regular, and discount price of 25K is the real price lol. That being said, I've noticed that even the Aniplex Blu-ray releases are really expensive in US, though cheaper in EU/UK.

ddarko9 päivää sitten#97969077Just curious. Why are the US listings around 300 USD with a discount for around 230 USD, which is still around 25K? The MSRP is 18K, so is there a reason why even official stores in the US sell it with such a big markup? Or is it not a markup but a region based pricing?Well 18k is before tax so that tax always applies domestically which takes it up to 19,800. FNFiction9 päivää sitten#97969016Got lucky when a seller posted it with a buyout price on YJA- unopened with invoice, wrapped in the thin paper and original shipper box. Listings are generally going for 25k plus in worse condition than that.
